The Office of Graduate Studies, in collaboration with teaching experts at the College of Applied Sciences and Technology (CAST) is offering a series of two workshops introducing graduate students to basic teaching skills.  The workshops are open to all graduate students at RIT and are an experimental pilot exercise aimed at designing a training process that will thoroughly prepare graduate students to be effective teachers.  The workshops are designed to be independent from specific course content, and focus on pedagogy, instructional design and related topics.
Registration is limited to 35 students.
Because we anticipate that these workshops will be oversubscribed, we ask that if you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible.
These courses are supported by the Office of the Provost.
