Office of Graduate Studies Reimbursement Program

Have you paid for supplies for a project or presented your work at a conference?
We have some money for Graduate Students.

As a Graduate Student I know you could use some money to help you with your work.

Some examples of what we can reimburse for:
Chemicals
Special paper
Art supplies
Printing of a poster
Materials for work presented at the Graduate Research and Creativity Symposium
Materials for an art exhibit or scientific procedure
Framing for art for an exhibit
Funds you used to start a creative and innovative business venture
Travel cost or registration fees to give a presentation at a refereed conference or juried exhibition in your field where you are a primary author.

Receipts can be from Spring, Summer or Fall of 2015

These are just some of the things that our reimbursement program can help you with. Gather up your receipts and fill out the form on our website. Our funds are limited so the sooner you apply the better your chances are. If you have any questions about the form or how to fill it out please let me know. At this time the amount we can reimburse each student is $500.

You must be a current RIT student to apply for the reimbursement program.
